What you'll be doing:
- Software development
- Agile Environment
- Support planning, delivery and/or monitoring of software products
- Work with multiple departments for the entire SDLC process
- Participate in planning and design of complex software application products
- Utilize and coach others in Lean and Agile software development practices

What you need for this position:
- 7 + years of professional development experience
- Understanding and experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Java/J2EE programming, HTML, JavaScript, SQL or similar languages
- The ability to create and maintain web and service based applications
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent preferred
- Some UI development experience and understanding
Nice to have (but not required):
- Spring framework
- HTML5, JS, or JQuery/SQL knowledge
- Agile development
- XP practices
- Test Driven Development
- REST web services, etc.
