Job Description
Accountabilities-
? Support restaurant Middleware applications and topologies
? Develop/Maintain internal tools used by other teams designed to increase productivity
? Create documentation and train users on supported applications
? Resolve and verify configuration and other non-software related issues
? Remediate 3rd level restaurant or above store issues
? Adhere to problem management practices that focus on root cause analysis and prevention of future problems
? Provide support for after hour activities such as upgrades and implementations that may occur on weekends, evenings or holidays
? Perform defect analysis
? Work with source control staff to bring any code fixes into the production environment

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications-
? 1-3 years as a software developer with thorough understanding of OOP concepts
? 1-3 years database development
? Excellent general knowledge of computer and networking technologies
? Experience with Agile with Scrum software development methodologies are highly desired
? Development skills to include design, development, testing, deployment and support.
? Demonstrated strong communications skills (internal and external to the group).
? Demonstrated strong teamwork skills leading small technical teams.
? Strong understanding of Object Oriented Design in Java.
? Expertise in Middleware/Front End technologies.
Education-
BS in Computer Science
