What you need:
- Licensed professional engineer or licensed architect
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Multi-family high-rise building construction
- Steel, masonry, Local Law 11, concrete and building envelope experience
- Excellent Report Writing
- Degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering preferred
