Scrum Master needed for a rapidly growing Software company. Sr. PHP Developer needed for a rapidly growing Software company in Las Vegas. Based in Overland Park, Kansas, we are a Cutting edge Software development and Analytics company. We are growing rapidly, and are in need of a talented Scrum Master to guide our team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices. If you are a Scrum Master with at least your first level Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM 1), we'd love to tell you more about this great opportunity!

We offer a very competitive compensation package, including a salary range between $85-$110k, to go along with a strong benefit package.

What you need for this position:

-Experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team
-First or second level Scrum Master certification
-Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD
-Experience as a team lead

What you'll be doing:

-Overall guidance of our team and our organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices
