Solutions Design Consultant/Business Analyst - Permanent

Yoh has a direct hire opportunity for a Solutions Design Consultant/Business Analyst to join our client in King of Prussia, PA.

Job Responsibilities:
- Role is accountable to the delivery of solutions within the Solutions Delivery organization. This role is fully dedicated to the appropriate defined area and is not split between production and projects.
- Accountable for delivering solutions by business area with detailed focus on specific skills: Front Office, Mid Office, Back Office, Infrastructure, Integrations, Governance, and Beacon depending on the business unit supported.
- Deliverables may include Functional Specifications, Functional Designs, Test Cases, Resource Plans, Services Specifications, Portfolio Reports, and Service Level Reports.
- Critical to this role is an understanding of the Business Area and the technologies leveraged within a Business Area. High levels of engagement with the appropriate demand partners are essential in this role.
- This role requires developing solutions that meet the unique requirements of our Business while also analysing options for reuse or complexity reduction within our existing technology landscape.
- Develop, implement and monitor a quality system within one's own delivery area, in line with existing quality systems, in order to assure specifications and designs are delivered within standard and with the highest quality enabling more effective development and testing activities.
- Ensure smooth handoffs to the development and technical deployment teams of the solutions within one's own delivery area. Ensure the fulfillment of the business (functional) requirements and the continuity of IT service delivery via unit, systems and link testing support.
- Gives input to the strategy of Solutions Delivery as a member of the team. Is within one's own delivery area knowledgeable of a specific area Front Office, mid office, Back Office, integrations, infrastructure, governance, etc.

Job Qualifications:
- Masters Degree.
- Five to ten (5 - 10) years of experience in a technology profession.
- Must have five plus (5+) years of experience in one or more Governance Areas - Audit and Control, Security and Compliance, Budgeting, SLA Management.
- Experience in process modelling, implementation, improvement and measurement.
- Experience in the way an IT organization operates.
- Project Management capabilities (to be able to lead process improvement and implementation initiatives).
- Should be able to easily connect with people with different backgrounds (IT Services, IT Solutions, IT Project Management, etc.) and different 'levels' (operational, team lead, managers, and VP's).
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma and Cobit is a plus.
- Experience interacting with others, changing behavior and creation of the right business climate.
- Able to provide complex solutions leveraging a variety of IT services.
- Great verbal and written communication.
- Customer Focused.
- Quality driven and results oriented and ready to go above and beyond to deliver results.
- Able to work in a very fast-paced open environment.
