-Magento, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Git, Mercurial or other DVCS, Linux

MongoDB, SEO/Internet Marketing, WordPress
What you'll be doing:
-Add technical specs and architecture to the team's plain English specs for new modules and website features
-Review their development team's development commits for quality, security, scalability, stability, etc before they are committed to the live site
-Answer questions from their development team when they get stuck on a module, ticket, or version
-Code and architect some of the more complex projects they tackle
-Help them transform their platform from where it is today to make it more stable, secure, scalable, and fast.
