Are you a Senior Business Analyst?
Do you have experience working on a variety of IT projects, in a process driven/structured environment
(Prince2, ITIL, ISEB) qualifications would be ideal, as well as experience in the public sector (but is not essential)

Here is your chance to utilise your skills and experience on complex IT related business projects. Focusing on the key business analysis components of project delivery - you will make a contribution at a people, process and technology level. Throughout your varied activities, you will work closely with project sponsors, project teams and third-party suppliers.

A successful and demonstrable track record of acting as a senior business analyst on multiple internal and external complex small, medium and large projects is essential. Commercial awareness and capable of eliciting and documenting clear concise and accurate requirements. Demonstrating a high degree of gravitas and able to communicate effectively, and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

Ideally educated to degree level with relevant recognised professional Business Analysis qualifications. A good understanding of project methodologies (PRINCE2, APM) and experience of delivering within IT related environments would be of benefit; you will ideally bring an understanding of working with clients in local government.

Summary of skills required:
- Degree level education or equivalent experience
- Previous Business Analysis experience at senior level (leading junior BA's)
- Experience working on a variety of IT related business projects
- Experience managing 3rd party suppliers
- Prince2, ITIL, ISEB, APM awareness (ideally certified)
- Public sector/local government industry experience
- Commercial awareness
- Change Management experience
- Outsourcing or Consultancy experience is also preferred
- Excellent Communication skills and Stakeholder management skills (gravitas, confidence, client facing skills)

Great career development opportunities are available in this role. You'll be based in Lincoln with travel to other sites, but very infrequent

A car allowance may be available (depending on how much travel)

Salary upto £45k + 25 days holiday, private medical and pension
