What you need for this position:
- ASP.Net MVC (preferably MVC 3, 4 with Razor)
- Test-Driven Development
- Code-First, Entity Framework, Database Migrations
- Microsoft SQL Server (both T-SQL and tuning)
- C# and SOLID design principles
- Javascript, JQuery, Ajax
- SSRS or Visual Studio Reports is a plus
- Silverlight is a plus
