We are looking for a well-rounded Network-IT Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As the Network-IT Manager you will be a pivotal part of keeping our day-to-day operations running smooth and work with all the departments to ensure that all IT issues are being met. What you will be doing:
- Oversee all Website Content Management activities
- Experience with applications such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, Adobe Acrobat, SAGE and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ERP
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Server and Microsoft Client systems
- Well versed on server technologies such as Windows Server 2008
- Experience with messaging solutions such as Exchange 2003-2010 and hosted Exchange
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and/or collaboration tools and/or - Construction Management and Customer Relations Management software
- Experience with Networking and Hardware
- Experience with wireless networking
- Identify, log, track, and resolve application issues and bugs
- Ability to setup Firewalls, Routers and Switches
- Manage patch and change management process for critical applications
- Document application integrations, data flows, and logical data models
- Coordinate with application support organizations to improve business effectiveness
- Research and make recommendations on software products and services in support of procurement and development efforts
- Ensure that any new software integration into company systems meets functional and technical requirements
- Develop test strategies to ensure that changes do not negatively impact the business
- Ability to learn new technologies very quickly
- Must have the ability to work independently
- Must possess excellent organization, communication and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and organized
- Dependable and possess a high degree of integrity
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and ability to problem-solve
- Working knowledge of current web technologies and Web Analytics
- Mobile application design and/or support experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Google†s Search Appliance a plus!
What you need:
- 3+ years of experience in a Microsoft environment; ASP.NET, C#, Web/Windows, MS SQL Server, Visual Studio
- 3+ years of database experience in a Microsoft SQL Server environment
- 3+ years in overseeing, approving, reviewing and defining process, deployments, architecture, and support with Microsoft SharePoint and/or collaboration tools and/or Construction Management and Customer Relations Management software is a plus
- 3+ years of experience with MS Visual Studio, Subversion (SVN) or (comparable source repository), MS SQL Reporting Services (or comparable reporting tool), and Team Foundation Server
- Bachelor†s degree in computer science or relevant technical field experience
