Systems Integration Engineer - Field Engineering Consultant Systems Integration Engineer Enterprise Solutions Provider in the IT arena is in growth mode and looking to add Systems Integration Engineers to their team in Wisconsin. This is an amazing growth opportunity where you'll have the opportunity to work with numerous clients in integrating the firms solutions into their existing network/IT environments.
*This position can be located anywhere in Eastern Wisconsin and you will be covering regional clients and travelling to their sites for support and integration work.
What you need for this position:
- 3-5+ years systems/network integration skills/experience.
- Strong experience with Networking (TCP/IP, Routing and Switching, Subnetting, Security)
- Enterprise level hardware support expertise (Server/Client OS, SANS, RAID)
- Solid telephony experience (PBX/VOIP)
- Experience in network security
- Certifications in the following area plus: CCNA, MCSE, MCDBA, Security +
- SQL/Scripting/Reporting Engines/Analytics (SAS, Crystal Reports, etc.)
- Wireless integration/support experience
- Enterprise level hardware (Server/Client OS, SANS, RAID)
What you'll be doing:
- Performing installation and implementation of company's solutions at client sites.
- Installing and configuring applications on Servers and proprietary devices/hardware, configuring system networks
- Working with the customers wired and wireless infrastructure to complete implementations.
- Performing system preventive maintenance services as required by contract.
- Support and troubleshooting for system fail-over, and other technical system design discussions with customer IT departments
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Performing move, add, and/or change services to existing systems.
- Resolving technical support troubleshooting issues to resolutions
