As a member of the Senior Human Resources Team, provide independent and high-level strategic HR leadership to the Division President, Reconstructive Sales VP and AVPs, and General Managers with responsibility for developing relevant, business-driven human resources practices that align the workforce with the business goals. Lead a field and Divisional headquarters based Human Resources Team to ensure the execution of sound talent management at all levels of the organization.
- Develop a strong understanding of the business in order to contribute effectively
- In collaboration with senior management team, develop short-term tactical and longer-term strategic plans that meet company objectives, deliver on performance standards and support a defined corporate culture with the hallmarks of innovation and creativity
- Provide insightful, confidential and business-focused guidance to senior management team on all matters related to employee and organizational design, development, succession and total rewards.
- Continue to drive a high performance based culture
- Minimize administrative requirements, focusing on those that are necessary for sound business processes and compliance
- Involvement in future M & A due diligence and integration
- Establish a strategic HR plan with Senior Leadership to meet their long term growth objectives
Qualifications and Work Experience:
- 15+ years experience as a successful HR partner, providing guidance to multiple business groups in a customer-focused front line Human Resources role. Experience in supporting a diverse national sales force required. 8+ years as a successful leader
- History of facilitating a culture that results in a stronger more focused business discipline. Experience in educating senior executives in ways to upgrade individual and overall organizational performance.
- Ability to influence actions of others through credibility and expertise rather than position or status.
- Fast-paced executive who thrives amidst change while projecting a calm, confident, reassuring demeanor.
Education and Special Training:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR or related field of study Master's Degree in HR specialty or business preferred Qualifications/Work Experience: Percent Travel Required: 30
