Seeking Cisco VoIP/CUCM Subect Matter Expert Cisco CUCM SME If you are a Cisco VoIP/Cisco Unified Communications Manager Subject Matter Expert, please read on!

What you need for this position:

- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) expertise
- Secret Clearance, minimally

If you are a CUCM Subject Matter expert, that might do the trick, but if you have a CCNP Voice, CCNA Wireless, an AVAYA ACE, you are a shoe-in.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting VoIP planning and testing as well as troubleshoot VoIP problems in a state-of-the-art access network lab as well as in production environments. The successful candidate will join a staff of Engineers that support access data networks throughout the lower 48 and will serve as a VoIP expert providing consulting/solutions across various groups. Will articulate opinions on matters impacting VoIP and consider the impact on other areas in the company. Will Debug systems as well as develop creative and innovative solutions. Will Research new VoIP access technologies and make recommendations

What's in it for you:

- 1, 5 or 9 month contract
