Responsibilities
The General Clerk performs a variety of clerical duties in support of various departments. This an entry level position in a professional office setting.
- Performs semi-routine but varied clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures. This includes clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information.
- Arranges data, makes standard computations, processes and codes documents, and maintaining records and files.
- Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.
- Assists with room set up and other logistics which may include lifting up to 10 lbs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
