Job Description:

The candidate for this role will be a member of the Global Marketing Center of Excellence supporting all aspects of Marketing Communication strategy and execution in support of the Global and US based DePuy Synthes Spine business. Key elements of this role include; working with the business to interpret business objectives and strategies into compelling marketing plans; championing insight driven marketing recommendations; partnering with external agency resources to bring the businesses added capacity and capability.

Responsibilities may include:

Collaborating and partnering with assigned businesses to deliver marketing excellence.

Developing strong Marketing strategies based upon the business' objectives.

Working with colleagues across the Global Marketing Center of Excellence to provide businesses with cross franchise learnings and opportunities.

Ensuring the successful execution of tactical marketing plans.

Delivering consistent application of brand standards and guidelines.

Lead the implementation of applicable cross franchise initiatives and promotions.

Manage media planning and execution for the businesses.

Work with Communications to ensure materials and messaging are coordinated.

Qualifications

A four year degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience is required. Minimum of 8 years of relevant healthcare experience. is required. Previous experience developing business and equity building marketing communication plans. Experience leading and developing a team in a collaborative environment. Travel - 40% is required. Proven success in integrated Marketing Communications, including: Demonstrated ability to plan, develop and implement strategic corporate and marketing communication strategies and programs. Experience implementing Marketing Communication tactics and tools. Experience in the different elements of the marketing mix including digital/social media. Demonstrated ability to work within a collaborative team. Exceptional written and verbal communications and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Ability to partner across various businesses and functions to achieve results in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to influence others and work in cross-functional teams. Always acts with passion and integrity.
