Position Profile:
The RF Engineer Cable Assemblies is a newly created position that will establish and support an RF Cable Assembly product line. In this role, the RF engineer will establish manufacturing capability, processes, and test protocols. The individual will specify and procure all necessary capital equipment to manufacture a wide variety of military-grade, RF cables, including semi-rigid configurations. The RF Engineer position will report directly to the Director of Manufacturing Operations. The applicant must have working knowledge of MS Office software, as well as, applicable design software. A proven track record and employment history in the design of RF and electrical cables is required.

Responsibilities include the following:

- RF cable design
- Design and documentation of electrical cable design from established customer requirements
- Generation of BOM†s, and manufacturing processes
- Identification of assembly and test equipment required for the production of the RF cables
- Applications engineering support
- Evaluate customer requirements
- Establish time standards
- Consult with customers on design attributes

Position Requirements

- Proven work experience in an RF engineering position
- Thorough knowledge of RF cable design and manufacturing processes
- US Citizenship required for US Department of Defense work.
- Minimum of 8 years experience

Education

- BS in Electrical Engineering discipline
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
