Software Configuration Management team provides software configuration management tools and services to support the development of Collaboration Solutions products. We are a distributed team, and work closely with development teams and the build team. As an SCM administrator, you will manage Rational Insight Servers, author reports; work with development teams to plan their use of CLM reports and dashboards, and support developers and other users of the SCM systems and tools.
Job responsibilities include: Install and configure Rational Insight for enterprise reporting Author reports and create dashboards using Rational Insight Support users of Rational Team Concert. Support users of other Rational Jazz applications. Work closely with ICS development and build teams to achieve product development goals. Create scripts to automate administration tasks. Create documentation for SCM users and for other administrators. Occasional weekend and off-hours work
As an Software Developer, you'll use the latest tools and technologies available to deliver state-of-the-art software. Responsible for ensuring that company software components are expertly designed, tested, debugged, verified, and ready for integration into best-of-breed solutions that help organizations improve their business outcomes in the global marketplace.

Minimum MUST HAVE:

• 1 year Software Configuration Management Administration
• 1 year SQL
• 1 year Relational Databases
• 1 year Data Warehouse
• 2 years Troubleshooting Skills
• 1 year Perl, Python or other languages
• 1 year Batch and Shell Scripting

DESIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
