Position Summary:
The Hospice Aide will observe and communicate patients' needs, changes and condition to the RN. Reinforce patient teaching needs as needed. Assists with activities of daily living to include hygiene, feeding, ambulating, etc.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. CPR Certification. Previous Hospice experience preferred.
