Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by the Ohio State Board of Nursing. Must drive and have a valid Ohio Driver's license. CPR certification required. CRNH preferred. Two years recent Hospice, medical oncology or med/surg experience. Previous case management experience preferred.
