Develop and invest in the best technologies to support Target brands and team members. This team also serves as the liaison between Financial and Retail Services and Target Technology Services.

Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals. As a Business Systems Lead, you'll take the lead as you

- Coordinate cross functional project teams focused on implementing medium to large size projects
- Develop recommendations for process changes that leverage best practices and lessons learned
- Identify risks and interdependencies within projects or system changes and work to develop plausible solutions or contingency plans
- Negotiate mutually beneficial solutions with vendor and client partners and prioritize involvement in decisions

Requirements

- BS/BA 4 year college degree
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive projects and make decisions in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
- Experience implementing medium to large scale projects
- At least two years of project management experience
