Meet with Guest Insights clients to translate business needs or questions into specific plans for data collection and/or data analysis in support of marketing campaign planning.

Analyze, interpret, and summarize data to deliver actionable business insights.

Identify relationships and trends in data, as well as factors that could affect the results or their interpretation, through analytical tools and methodologies.

Partner with other teams (eg, internal clients and partners in Guest Insights, Marketing, and TTS) to identify needs and implement solutions to key issues.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and risks. Define activities within project plan, plus manage and communicate the development of the plan.

Lead change management activities for existing processes, partnerships, and methodologies employed.

Lead, coach, and monitor the work performed by the US and Target India team members to ensure goals and objectives are met and team expectations are clear.

Requirements

A minimum of a four-year degree in a related technical field like math, statistics, economics, marketing analytics, or computer science.

A minimum of six years of relevant work experience in analytics.

At least one year of experience managing two or more contractors, offshore employees, or US employees.

Strong written, verbal, presentation, and client-consulting skills.

Experience querying and analysing data from a multi-million record retail-based relational database with tools like SQL, SAS, or other similar analytical tools.

Ability to deal with ambiguity and strong desire to shape and improve current processes and methodologies to answer key business questions.

Strong business-client and I/T-partner collaboration skills.
