Systems Integration Senior Manager

Responsible for support of company products and systems. Provides technical support in presentations, demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products to ensure the system is functioning according to specifications. Systems integrators participate with the customer in the strategic design process. Responsible for the technical correctness and completeness of integrated systems designs.

The Sr. Manager Level works on assignments of an extremely complex nature where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variance factors. Exercises independent judgement in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Capitalizes on advanced training and experience to resolve difficult customer problems. Identifies structures, and delivers services that enable business processes. Works with Management to ensure all team members have adequate training for assignments. Requires 10-15 years of related work experience, or Bachelor's degree, or technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires project management experience and experience in servicing personal computer hardware and software and local and wide area networks, communications and host connectivity. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills required. Should be a Certified Novel Engineer (CNE) and certified in either OS2, MicroSoft, UNIX/AIX, 3Com or Apple. In addition should have excellent working knowledge of two to three PC software applications.
