Description
The Manager of Business Development will work closely with colleagues across the organization, with a focus on the developing and implementing strategies that maximize growth in International Transactions.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive opportunity assessments by market for International transactions and identify prospects lists
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities leveraging market insights
- Serve as the subject matter expert and go-to-market person on International Transactions for Field, providing training and product clinics as needed
- Drive expansion of merchant opportunities, acceptance and close coverage gaps in close partnership with GMS
- Provide financial consultancy including CBAs and project mapping to support business initiatives
- Create go-to-market strategies for international transactions in high potential markets
- Partner with Acquisition Marketing and regional/market stakeholders to drive acquisition campaigns
- Align field training and sales materials with Marketing
- Partner with field to drive international transactions opportunities
- Track projects and conduct performance assessments

Qualifications
-Entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to identify new business opportunities
-Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to senior management
-A creative and innovative thinker who can manage effectively through ambiguity and evolving strategies
-Strong project management skills
-Capable of influencing and building internal alignment across lines of business and support groups
-Ability to work independently and with significant ambiguity
-Deep experience leading complex projects including business cases
-Analytical, financial and process skills applied to customized client solutions to achieving significant shareholder gains and process improvement
-Experience with the following areas: consultative sales and new business development
-Able to remain flexible and manage change in a fast growing business environment
-Candidate must be based in Miramar, Florida area

Educational Requirement
-5+ years in corporate sales or business development experience
-High degree of proficiency in Ms Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
-Bachelors Degree

Preferred Additional
-Strong financial acumen a plus
-Prior experience with Pipeline management is a Plus
-Experience with merchants is a plus
-Business-To-Business Background Desirable
