Description
The ideal candidate will become a member of the CPS Network & Storage Lifecycle Management team responsible for successful delivery and execution of reactive and proactive processes and activities required to design, implement, maintain and improve the compliance and performance across CPS-CIS Network & Storage organization.

To achieve success and a critical resource, you will liaise among various stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to our processes, policies and information systems. This position can be located in any of the following locations: St. Louis or Eagan

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Technology (20%)Demonstrates a thorough understanding of our service offerings and technical ability to help drive decisions relating to technology, processes and policies. Analytical, process and technical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret our needs and translate them into process and technical requirements to be adopted and widely used across CPS-CIS organization. Implement new processes or changes to existing processes to transform and improve our service offerings and operational stability.

Leadership & Communication (30%) Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver artifacts, workflows and/or automation. Experience in facilitating gathering input from subject matter experts. Communicates goals and expectations, as well as provide training around process execution within technology. Strong negotiating, influencing and conflict resolution skills. Exhibits strong organizational, analytical, multi-tasking and prioritization skills with ability to execute in a high pressure environment. Contribute to, influence and direct a variety of work streams concurrently. Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-pace environment. Independently operates in a culturally diverse environment, adapting communication style, procedures, process and approaches as necessary

Management & Administration (50%)Create and implement processes, workflows and working practices to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of staff, and to enable staff to deliver best in class service. Formulate recommendations to improve and support our business activities while working with senior management, internal stakeholders, and key resolvers to identify areas of process improvement and opportunities to streamline support practices. Defines, develops, and coaches others in best practices for requirements gathering and management. Updates existing processes and capture new processes as needed. Responsible for ensuring quality and consistency of all processes. Recognizes and documents necessary regional variances and roll out new processes to all centers. Conduct regular audits of processes to validate accuracy. Devise and measure process model success. Solicit and track improvements, pain points, issues from stakeholders; produce timeline/roadmap of upcoming initiatives; prioritize and produce status reports. Drive consistency and ensure staff is using and aware of processes, workflows and practices. Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously. Participates in meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions. Develops a close partnership with stakeholders within DCO Management to assure processes, workflows are aligned across our organization. Communicate regularly with direct manager and teams, ensuring teams are providing required services. Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Knowledge and Skills
2+ years of experience with storage technologies or prior experience with either TR's Storage and Network InfrastructureExperience either functionally or technically with SAN, NetApps and TSM highly preferredSolid understanding of process management toolsExperience working both independently and in a team-oriented environmentAbility to conform to shifting priorities and proactively drive changes and improvements in our processes and method of work. Proven history of ability to capture the attention and respect of key decision makers by providing new and useful ways of thinking about Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels in the organization - strong relationship building abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communications skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, changing and ambiguous environments Proficiency in technical/process writingAbility to be broadly focused and manage multiple efforts concurrentlyExcellent analytical and data interpretation skills.

Previous Experience
ITIL Certification preferred.
