Together, our talented people develop and help manage our brand, control our finances, run our IT Services, and take care of many thousands of tasks involved in making sure our firm runs smoothly. Our Finance and Accounting (F&A) organization is responsible for the accounting, financial reporting, and analysis of the firm's financial results, accounting policies and procedures, firm and partner taxes, firmwide payroll, cash management, insurance, and financial systems application support. We are currently seeking a Senior Associate - Senior Internal Accountant to join us in our Montvale office.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Assist with the preparation of annual budget and forecast; ensure proper accounting and identify variances
- Analyze accounts and ensure compliance with GAAP and firm policy
- Provide schedules and support for preparation of firm tax returns
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new methods for improving internal processes and services
- Recognize, research and recommend resolution of moderate to complex work assignments

Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of relevant accounting experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Understanding of basic accounting and financial practices and procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- SAP experience preferred
