This role requires hands-on expertise and participation in both business and technical analysis and solution development. We are specifically looking for candidates who have experience with or exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) and enterprise performance management (EPM) technologies and processes. We highly desire candidates who have some experience in designing, developing and implementing analytical solutions.
Highly qualified candidates outside of the Metro-Boston area will have the opportunity to relocate with some assistance and make this vibrant city their home!
What you need for this position:
- 2+ years of previous work experience in business or IT field required
- Experience in full consulting or IT project life cycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and training) is preferred; will consider candidates with internal consulting experience.
- Prior experience with financial reporting, budgeting, consolidation and accounting practices preferred
- 1yr+ hands-on development experience using Oracle/Hyperion Essbase
- 1yr+ hands-on development experience with Oracle/Hyperion EPM products
- Experience with HSF (Hyperion Strategic Finance) is highly desired!
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle database strongly preferred
- MS Office required (Power MS Excel user, a plus)

- Participate in business, technical analysis and solution development on multiple engagements.
- Take part in full consulting or IT project life cycle dependent on client's need
- Work in a team or independently on required projects
