The Senior Enterprise Applications Developer will build the operations end of the organization†s web sites and keep them fully functional. This includes designing, building, and implementing new web pages and sites; integrating sites with Back End applications; migrating Legacy applications to the web; and performing day-to-day administration of the organization†s web portfolio. This may include development of in-house web applications as well as integration with third party applications, and use of a variety of web development languages is required.
What you need for this position:
- Bachelor†s degree or equivalent with proven experience in project management with an emphasis on large scale applications implementation projects and 2-3 years†experience in application analysis
-2-3 years†of experience developing solutions by using Visual Studio, the Microsoft .NET Framework, and other Microsoft development technologies and knowledge of SharePoint
- MCPD certification and/or experience in a is a plus
What you'll be doing:
- Participating in setting organizational web development strategy; developing and maintaining business or practice related web applications
- Developing and maintaining business or practice related web applications; assisting with defining web site architecture and overall site structure;
- Performing necessary upgrades of key systems and participating in server patching; diagnosing and troubleshooting issues affecting web applications and making necessary corrections to ensure functionality; creating and maintain project schedule for web development initiatives
- developing, coding, installing testing, debugging, and documenting web applications using appropriate editors; update web pages to ensure site accuracy and currency; working with database administrators to design, develop, and update databases as they relate to web applications; ensuring security of all web sites and related applications
