Duties and Responsibilities:
CACI Inc. seeks Deputy Program Manager expertise in Bellevue, NE, for assistance in managing contracts, task orders, and supporting other CACI program managers with contracting, IT, accounting, budgeting and military experience/expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for government contract reporting, supporting contract proposal initiatives with recruiting, writing, and researching all facets of processing a contract proposal. You would also be responsible for outstanding liaison with government customers and representatives.
Provide demonstrated practical experience in areas of expertise required in Task Orders, as well as demonstrated capability in program management applications to include serving as the contactor's single contract manager authorized to interface with the Government Contracting Office, Government Management personnel, and customer agency representatives. Responsible for overall management of the specific Task Order and insuring technical/financial solutions and schedules in the specific task orders are implemented in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor degree and at least 12 years of recent program management experience
Experience managing contract actions to include publishing and executing checklists applicable to various contract vehicles
Ability to continually update customer briefings to ensure accuracy and currency
Ability to routinely quality control yearly and monthly status reports from other program managers to ensure data is pertinent
Possess the knowledge of financial analysis in reporting man hours and dollars used on various projects
Ability to routinely assist program managers and financial analyst in reviewing and reporting invoices, small business reports, and authoring Monthly Status Reports
Familiarity with Contract Line Item Numbers and Contract Modification reports
Experience supporting local market strategies for developing new business
Familiarity with drafting of Single Source Justifications, Teaming Agreements, and Technical evaluations
Familiarity with CACI CES Sales, Business Information Group, and other various share point sites
Experience and knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office--with emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to travel, if needed
