We are currently looking for an Associate Systems Analyst on the Technical Solutions and Development Team. The primary accountability is to work with customers in the SharePoint 2010 collaboration and publishing environments - gathering requirements, building new sites, and training & supporting Site Contacts in the maintenance of their sites. In addition, the Associate Systems Analyst will work with a team to support strategic upgrades. The person filling this role must be extremely customer focused with excellent communication/presentation skills.
The ideal candidate applying for this position would have a solid knowledge of SharePoint features and functionality, along with experience in troubleshooting, training, and process improvement.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with internal customers to understand needs, build Intranet sites, train Site Contacts to fully support their sites, and provide daily operational support
- Facilitates and documents customer engagements
- Assesses, plans, and implements strategic SharePoint 2010 features to our customer base
- Performs audits on Intranet sites and communicates compliance issues with standards and governance
- Creates monthly reports on key Intranet metrics, providing analysis around trends and usage
- Creates and executes thorough test plans, user education, and project documentation
- Maintains self-motivation to learn and apply new and existing technology solutions
Preference is given to candidates with web design experience including Photoshop, HTML, and CSS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology or Business Administration field or equivalent experience
Experience with SharePoint or other Content Management systems
Advanced analytical and troubleshooting abilities
