What you need for this position:
- Strong background in the application, development and/or testing of CAD software
- Past industrial/research experience working with CAD software and related tools
- A Postgraduate degree (PhD, MEng, MSc or equivalent) in Software/Mechanical Engineering or other closely related field
It is a plus if you have:
- Experience with commercial CFD software
- Programming skills in Java, C++ and/or Shell scripting
What you'll be doing:
- Work closely with software developers and test engineers
- Help developers rigorously test, verify and validate new software and software features
- Demonstrate your industrial application throughout the development and release life cycles
- Contribute to the analysis of problems relating to the interoperability of our software with commercial CAD software
- Liaise with the product delivery teams worldwide
- Train the product delivery teams on 3D-CAD and CAD Client features and provide advanced technical solutions to help ensure that end user issues are answered and fixed in a prompt manner
