Senior Design Engineer - Firearms, Complex Machinery Senior Design Engineer Lead Design Engineering - Firearms, Complex Machinery

We are a global leader in the manufacturing of firearms for both commercial and military industries looking for an Engineering pro with a strong background in design and management. This person will be responsible for the engineering and design of complex machine components, as well as the management of a design team comprised of 4-5 direct reports. What you'll be doing:

- Design of newest firearms & components from concept to completion
- Approval of team work
- Coordination of build, test & evaluation
- Work with new and existing clients
- Troubleshoot designs based on field issues

What You'll Need:
- 7+ years of Design Engineering
- Proven track record of the design and engineering of firearms
- Management background (You'll be running a team of 4-5 direct reports)
- 3D CAD (We work with Solidworks but a good engineer can pick up a new CAD quickly)
- Bachelor's Degree
