Responsibilities
This is a 12-15 week temporary assignment. Training will be provided. As a member of our highly rated Customer Service team you will be responsible for managing our critical customer relationships. You will interact with clients across the country via the telephone. You will also learn the intricacies of our publishing business as you communicate with customers and sales representatives to assist them in placing their critical seasonal orders.
We provide comprehensive training that allows you to learn our products and services in order to provide extraordinary customer service. To be considered you should have the following skill set:

Qualifications
Related work experience:
Prior Customer Service experience in a large publishing, manufacturing or service call center environment is preferred
PC/Internet literate
Formal education or equivalent: High School graduate
College degree preferred (business or related degree)
Skills: Excellent phone communication skills
Good PC skills/intermediate word processing 45 wpm, ability to use various PC/CS utilities
Excellent customer management and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to exercise good independent judgment
Other:
Good at facilitating problem solving with customers/colleagues
Ability to work well under pressure with heavy phone volume
Must be able to work in a team environment and be flexible to learn new things
Attention to detail and accuracy
Well organized
Ability to work with minimal supervision
