Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Through this close partnership with both management and employees, this generalist will analyze and measure current HR administration and recommend and implement best practices
- Oversee annual projects related to HR systems, benefit administration, employee engagement projects, performance management cycle and audit readiness for the US business
- Has shared responsibility with clients on building great leadership capabilities and business results
- Travel as required
Qualifications/Work
Experience Required
- 3+ years experience in an HR capacity or relevant field
- Demonstrated ability in HRIS and organizational benefit programs
- Experience in project management, organization design, change management, and compensation planning and administration.
- Strong business and analytical ability with a proven ability to build strong relationships and influence different groups.
- Experience managing various projects at once with successful track record for timely completion as well as implementation
- Ability to work in a global environment Qualifications/Work Experience: Percent Travel Required: 30%
