Plans and executes large scale marketing events, such as large trade shows and customer related events. Responsible for program research/creation, design and presentation of creative vision. Coordinates logistics, presentation and material support. Procures, negotiates and coordinates vendor services. Coordinates facility, exhibit set-up, equipment and catering requirements. Provides on-site event support. Researches potential event locations and evaluates alternatives. Attends events, as required, to ensure deliverables. Collect and report measurement of ROI and management of business analytics. Develop detailed budgets, track and report.

The EM is responsible for delivering world-class experiences that enhances client relationships, accelerates business growth and advances the Sprint brand. The Event Manager is an integral part of a high-performing team of professionals who strive to achieve a standard of excellence. This is a dynamic multi-faceted position with principal responsibilities in event management, hospitality, concierge, marketing and general administration. Provides primary support for client and executive engagements, product launches, corporate sponsorships and public relations events. Position works closely with business sales teams, executives, and subject matter experts to create a seamless and customized event experiences. Position reports directly to the General Manager and has no direct reports.

Manages event lifecycle activities including planning and delivery; logistics, calendaring and scheduling, requests, event qualification and entrance criteria, planning calls, agenda development, deliverable receipts, surveys, reporting and event record management, speaker pool and executive engagement, AV and technical support
Manages and coordinates center facilities and resources to support event requirements
Manages event record activities in compliance with program policies and guidelines

- Manages collection, compilation and dissemination of event collateral and print materials including name badges, tent cards, notebooks, gift program

- Manages relationships between cross functional organizations and executive offices
Support operational metrics in attaining and measuring program activities
Participate in creation and development of marketing and communication plans to deliver against program objectives and event utilization goals
Manages catering services, vendor management, reception desk, center and room presentations, pantry services and supplies; responsible for all elements of catering food and beverage services including managing catering company, menu selections, overseeing meal set up and tear down, billing and quality control
Manages and facilitates event logistics including directions, building access and security compliance, transportation, reservations including hotels, transportation, and off-site meeting requests
Manages center marketing material and activities including tours and promotional events; Participates in marketing activities that drive awareness and event generating activities

Willingness to perform administrative tasks when needed
Travel required,limited but occasional evenings or weekend, less than 10%
Professional, business attire required
Basic Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree and two years related experience or six years related experience post high school

Preferred Qualifications




- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or Certification in Meeting Management (CMM) preferred

- Previous Executive Briefing Center experience or Event Coordination
