Services are specialized to help clients mitigate risks across an overall risk spectrum. We are currently seeking a Senior Associate in Forensic - Compliance & Monitoring for our KPMG Risk Consulting practice to join us in our New York office.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in providing contract compliance services to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries in connection with Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), Wholesalers, Co-Promote and Distribution Agreements, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), Co-Development Partners, and Out-Source Manufacturing
* Analysis and reconciliation of contractual and financial terms as part of gross-to-net, royalty or licensing fee calculations
* Collection, organization and analysis of large volumes of financial data
* Interview clients and third-parties for the purpose of effectively obtaining and analyzing relevant information
* Develop and sustain solid relationships with client personnel and identify opportunities to provide additional services and cross selling opportunities
* Assist in the development of client deliverables and presentations to clients
Qualifications:
* Three years of experience in the oversight of commercial contracting in pharmaceuticals or biotech
* Ideal candidate should have garnered this experience as part of managed markets, commercial contracting, commercial operations, finance, compliance or internal audit function of a pharmaceutical or biotech company; or as part of an advisory firm conducting similar type of work
* Bachelor's degree or MBA from an accredited college/university with a concentration in healthcare, life sciences, accounting, finance or business administration, CPA preferred
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and SQL
* Ability to travel moderately
