LocalNet Corp., an industry leader in Internet services, is looking to add a Linux Systems Administrator to our team. The position will be responsible for building and maintaining various customer-facing mail systems, administering LDAP and RADIUS Servers, and maintaining a web server cluster.
Other responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting issues with hardware and software applications.
- Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Document current and future software configuration processes.
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation.
- Performing system backups.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a Linux or BSD environment; Debian and FreeBSD experience preferred.
- Experience with Qmail, Postfix, Sendmail, MySQL, OpenLDAP is desired.
- Some Scripting experience required. Shell or Perl experience preferred.
