General Summary:

Support Regional Manufacturing & Warehousing Organization
: Deliver annual plan targets; Provide critical support to Plant Directors while providing leadership within the entire Regional M&W team. Set priorities and achieve quality, safety, cost, service, execution and people standards.

Grow Productivity



  • Deliver Plan Dollars and CPU Targets

  • Leverage Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Process through Lean Six Sigma and Loss Analysis

  • Lead Development of AOP Initiatives to Drive Baseline Productivity

  • Drive Implementation and Sustainment of Key AOP Initiatives to achieve AOP Targets

  • Provide Proactive Analytics and Recommended Actions in the Areas of Cost and KPI Improvement

  • Leverage Operations Expertise to Identify and Develop Transformational Opportunities


Deliver Quality and Service



  • Provide Support of Region Service Agenda; Build Plans and Execute Against Service Gaps (OOS, Ship to Schedule, Certified Pallet Accuracy, ASN Performance)

  • Deliver Superior Quality Execution to Drive Improvement in Consumer, Product and Package Quality

  • Achieve CB, Pass AIB, Pass FSSC22K Surveillance Audits

  • Build Leadership Capability across Warehouse Organization

  • Maximize the Safety, Environmental, & Sustainability Agenda

  • Pass Environmental/Safety Audit

  • Ensure Compliance with Key Controls and Corporate Policies
