What you need for this position:
- BS in CS or related work experience
- 1+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
- Experience with ground up application development for an Internet or software start-up or direct college project work
- Experience with JavaScript (PHP, Java and other development technologies are a PLUS)
- Solid understanding and/or experience of Object Oriented programming and Design concepts
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases: MySQL, MS SQL, Mongo DB
- Strong understanding of multiple operating systems: Windows, Linux, Android or iOS
- Experience in testing framework: RSpec or Cucumber
- Experience in Backbone.js.js is a PLUS
What you'll be doing:
- You will take part in Object Oriented programming and design projects, leveraging your Ruby on Rails experience.
- Projects will consist of Custom development for web, desktop, database, mobile and enterprise software.
- You will take part in writing specification and documentation for all projects as well
