Truck Dispatcher- Dispatcher, Construction Operations, Excavatio Heavy Equipment Manager

We are an Excavation/demolition construction firm near Stamford, CT who is looking for an roll off truck dispatcher to join our team.

What you will need:

- Experience with Construction Operations...heavy civil/excavating experience will go to the front of the list
- Ability to multi-task, handling calls, problems, and a hectic schedule while maintaining an even disposition.
- Organization and a real attention to detail.
- Experience with HCSS Software (THIS IS A MUST !)
- Experience as a dispatcher a HUGE plus.

What you will be doing:

- Input orders into system using HCSS
- Assign trucks/personnel to perform jobs
- Communicate with drivers for next assignments
- Monitor GPS to ensure driver's production is acceptable
- Call customers if the driver is having problems on-site
