Job Description
ATOS seeks a Business Development manager to join our team. Business Development manager will liaise between the Delivery team and clients, as well as senior management and stakeholders. The candidate should have a successful track record finding and developing Application Outsourcing, Application Development, Infrastructure Services and other related IT services. Focus will be on new and some existing strategic clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with key contacts in existing accounts and develop new accounts
- Liaise between the technical team and clients, as well as senior management and stakeholders
- Identify market trends, gaps and niches
- Leverage my technical and industry-specific knowledge to develop strategic business development plans and B2B sales strategies
- Business prospecting and bidding
- Oversee high volume pipeline management
- Conduct client presentations and negotiations
- Should be able to partner with Alliances/Channels and work with partners for crafting and selling solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Exceptional relationship development skills.
- Experience in creating, editing and providing inputs for proposal content.
- Clear demonstration of successful roles in a multi-tasking environment.
- Should be able to create and communicate value propositions.
Job Requirements
Prefer if the candidate lives in Cincinnati, Detroit or Chicago, but other locations will be considered.
Additional Information
In-depth knowledge of our Applications related portfolio. This is primarily Application Development, Application Management and our SAP based solutions (C&H, MES). While this position does not require deep industry knowledge, MRS would be an advantage.
