NAI is currently looking to hire a Client Relations Consultant in our Rocky River, OH location.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years experience with in the retirement plan industry with an emphasis on employee education and investment experience, as well as knowledge of investment platforms to help determine suitable solutions for clients. .

The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Gather data on platform revenue sharing programs and illustrate and articulate proposal details to prospects and business partners

  • Maintain pipeline report and perform follow-up tasks timely

  • Prepare and deliver engagement paperwork

  • Facilitate the onboarding process involving engagement paperwork, gathering required takeover documents, entering client information in CRM system, billing set-up, coordinating with investment platforms and completing all forms, creating welcome materials, introducing client to assigned analyst, and tracking the implementation process

  • Gather necessary review materials from investment platforms for client meetings

  • Successfully administer basic platform administration paperwork

  • Gather review materials from the investment platforms for client meetings

  • Maintain knowledge of investment platforms to successfully help determine suitable solutions for clients and business partners

  • Prepare investment reviews and required templates using investment platform materials

  • Request proposals from investment platforms for existing clients

  • Using various benchmarking tools, oversee repricing efforts with review of fee benchmarking and plan expense for comparison of the client's pricing to the market

  • Properly administer investment option change paperwork and respond timely and accurately to general client and participant inquiries

  • Manage firm's social media presence and assist management team with updating and creating marketing material

  • Provide operation support and general assistance to the president and management team when needed

  • Complete all mandatory and elective training, including BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and Anti-Money Laundering procedures. Maintain compliance with all appropriate rules and regulations.
