Description:
SAIC is seeking a Mid-Level Exercise Analysis, Evaluation, Assessment, and After Action Reporting Support to provide support for STRATCOM for their location at OFFUTT AFB in Omaha, Nebraska.
Description:
- Assist with the analysis, evaluation, and training assessments for each exercise/training event objective or real-world event and completion of required after action written reports.
- Develop the exercise or event Collection Management Strategy and Collection Management Plan that outlines the process and procedures for the collection of data and observations.
- Assist in determining, coordinating, training, and providing After Action Review (AAR) analysts, observer/trainers, and specialists to participate during exercise/event planning conferences and exercise/event execution
- Provide exercise or event observer support to document activities and report those observations using Command-directed processes, procedures, and reporting/collection mediums.
- During exercises or events, assist in gathering observations and issues, facilitate after action reviews during and following the exercise, analyze observations collected to collate into command actionable issues, and produce/publish reports. Prepare validated lessons learned from past exercises or events for dissemination.
- Assist with vetting and disseminating reports and tracking/monitoring issues for validation/resolution into the next exercise or event life cycle.
- Assist in the administration of and use of the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) within USSTRATCOM. Input validated Lessons Learned into the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS).
- Assist with identifying and reporting strategic and operational shortfalls or vulnerabilities that inhibit the Commander from achieving stated task standards or mission capabilities. Prepare and present briefings to report these shortfalls.
- As requested, assist in developing and providing inputs and issues into the Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS).
- As requested, assist in developing and providing inputs and issues to the Defense
- Readiness Reporting System (DRRS). As requested, provide inputs to the Joint Quarterly Readiness Review (JQRR).
- Assist in developing instructional venues that teach JMETL owners how to develop their command training objectives, standards, and conditions used in training assessments.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- 5-12 years of experience in Joint Training
- Possess experience supporting exercises in accordance with Strategic Command Instruction 508-9, Exercise Program
- Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Nuclear Command and Control/Extremely Sensitive Information SCI, and Special Access Program (SAP) security accesses
