Leading Agile consulting group looking for EDI Specialist EDI Business Analyst We specialize in offering technology solutions and consulting across multiple industries. We offer a broad range of services and expertise in custom enterprise software engineering, systems implementations, integrations, information security, hardware infrastructure, Disaster Recovery and Business Resumption Planning and more.
We are looking for a EDI Business Analyst with subject matter expertise on HIPAA Electronic Data Interchange standards. The EDI Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring that business requirements are understood and documented sufficiently. Work as a liaison between product management and the project team to drive the implementation of software solutions for our clients. Position may work on multiple, medium to large scale technical projects at a time, as well as ongoing production support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Responsible for assisting management with the implementation, roll out and on-going maintenance of EDI.
-Work closely with business groups and operations to train and assist with the EDI process.
-Manage the day to day EDI activities including the assurance that EDI transactions are being received and sent accurately and timely maintain the continued roll out of EDI Vendors/Department.
-Maintain the continued roll out of Interface with technical team.
-Ensure all necessary components are in place for the initial EDI roll out.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
-MINIMUM 1-3 years†experience working with EDI HIPAA.
-Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
-3-7 years of experience documenting functional and non-functional business requirements using an established methodology (use case, UML, BRD, etc).
