Network Operations Analyst

Yoh has (15) contract opportunities for Network Operations Analysts to join our client in Overland Park, KS.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform problem analysis and integrate solution requirements affecting network elements and applications for both wireless technologies.
- Multi task as contractors will be on the phone with multiple functional groups for drive testing deployments.
- Work with people from various backgrounds and functional backgrounds.

Job Qualifications:

- Must have a strong background in telecommunications preferably in switch translations, provisioning, drive testing deployments or other operational positions
- General understanding of Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson-Nortel, and Samsung Switches would be ideal.
- Shift/hours flexibility is key as not all will be day shifts
- Must be able to multi-task and communicate effectively with peers and customers
