Director of Engineering- Building & Leading Engineering Teams, B Director of Engineering Located in Palo Alto, we are are an early age seed funded startup with an exciting product idea in a huge space. In terms of company vision, we are seeking to transform the way business users consume data to make decisions. We are creating a super user friendly way for business users to visualize their data, and collaborate with their teams leveraging cloud, social and mobile. Our view is that existing Business Intelligence and collaboration tools are too complex & expensive to make it to the "last mile" and hence business users are stuck with Excel and Powerpoint. We aim to make data discovery, problem solving and decision making in teams more efficient and cost-effective.
We would be very excited about you if you:
- Think about creating the first few versions of the product quickly but build for scale with the future product roadmap in mind
- Can build the initial team quickly and delivering a high quality Alpha product in the next 4-6 months
- Feel that design and UX are as, if not more, important as the technology and functionality
- Can demonstrate previous success in building and scaling applications that consumers have loved
- Have experience in business intelligence, artificial intelligence, machine learning and mobile app development
- Enjoy the highs and lows of being in a very early stage startup and have fun (and be productive) when the chips are down
