Due to our massive growth, we are seeking a Functional Support Specialist with PeopleSoft CRM experience. The responsibilities of the positions will be to serve as a functional resource for the PeopleSoft CRM system by being the initial point of contact for issues, problems and questions for PeopleSoft CRM and Supply Chain, including both phone and helpdesk requests.

Must Have Skills:
- Bachelor†s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent general and business knowledge
- 3+ years experience using PeopleSoft ERP software with functional knowledge of the CRM system
- Competent in use of Microsoft Suite tools
