This role will provide financial leadership and guidance for the $250 million Energy Systems business.
Essential Responsibilities: In this position, you will:
Provide financial guidance and standard processes to all Energy Systems business
Lead team of direct reports providing financial support for the Energy Systems business
Develop timely and accurate operating plans, forecasts and estimates
Provide value added business analysis and financial reporting for operating team and headquarters leadership
Provide advice, council and support for ongoing business development opportunities
Provide financial controllership over balance sheet, income statement and project management to ensure quality reporting of financial results
Drive finance processes improvements in areas such as cash flow, receivables, payables, new product development, project financial controls and reporting
Participate in risk management and margin reviews for bids and proposals including FX risk, financial Terms & Condition's (T&C), pricing and cost buildup Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university
Minimum 7 additional years of experience in a financial position Additional Eligibility Qualifications: GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
