Yoh has a contract opportunity for an Engineering Technician - Test to join our client in Portland, OR
Job Responsibilities:
- The objective of this Engineering Technician role is to operate complex equipment and analytical tools, and processes assembled units through testers and handlers in a test floor environment.
- Engineering Technician will also work with computer systems, data acquisition hardware and software, thermal tools and electronic probes.
- The Engineering Technician will perform a variety of routine operations supporting chip validation and stressing in multiple functional areas.
- The Engineering Technician will be expected to multi-task responsibilities including: minor preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, non-standard processing and problem-solving.
Job Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in a related field or five (5) years of experience.
- Experience running and working with software test scripts.
- Three plus (3+) years of experience in a test floor environment.
- Experience with power supply, test and rework is a must.
