- Responsible for product management of the OpenWay Collection Engine product as the AMI Headend within the North American market.
- Develops product roadmap and product requirements specifications, based on analysis of market & business needs.
- Develops materials to enhance or distinguish product positioning in the marketplace.
- Be part of a global team with a focus on the North American market. Works with engineering, marketing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing products.
- Monitors competitive activity and market research, identifies customer needs.
- Reviews and updates the business model and pricing strategies.
- Located in Raleigh, NC with approximately 50% travel expected.
- Work closely with customers, sales and marketing to define product requirements for new software and enhancements to existing software products.
- Develop product roadmap and write product requirements documents for new or enhanced software. Keep them up to date to reflect current business needs.
- Work closely with engineering during product design, development, testing, and project management.
- Monitor product development progress to ensure it meets time to market.
- Develops various product-related documents including product specification and marketing collateral.
- Provide product leadership and coaching to internal staff.
- Provide support to our North American market sales team on product presentations to potential customers and bid proposals.
- Provide support to our professional services team.

Experience:
This position requires a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience. The following is a listing of preferred educational, experience, and certification requirements. Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in the Product Management discipline preferred. An equivalent combination of education, experience, and training may be used to satisfy the preferred requirements for the job.
