Major Responsibilities - Conducts drug distribution
- Monitors drug therapy and Continuous Quality Improvement
- Supervises Staff
- Provides drug information
- Processes hospice outpatient prescriptions
- Provides age appropriate care
Minimum Requirements
- B.S. Pharm.
- Pharmacist License, State of Ohio
- One-year hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
