Senior Product Marketing Manager
Redmond, WA

Microsoft Services has an immediate opening for a Product Marketing Manager in Global Business Support Services. You will be representing Premier Support Offerings to the field, sales segments, other Services groups and customers. This is an opportunity to affect CPE as well as revenue.

The GBSS Field Enablement team is about empowering the field to be successful selling our Premier Support Offerings. As a Product Marketing Manager you are pivotal to enabling the field with content and information they can pass onto customers. This is a global position with touch points in every area Microsoft does business.

Major responsibilities include marketing of our next generation of Premier Offerings. We are undergoing a big change in the way we sell and market to enterprise customers. We need a sharp marketer with a strong skill-set to help lead the way. You will also own all reference/case study management including working with the area sales and marketing teams to source these wins. You will own all Premier digital assets including internal portals and external web sites. You will be working with a team of professionals to get messages out via these vehicles. You will be the role owner for the Premier Field Marketing Community - acting as a liaison between HQ and the areas.

The ideal candidate will bring the following successful experience and skills to this role:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Value proposition level understanding of Microsoft products and services
- Exceptional cross-organizational collaboration, self- and interpersonal awareness, and leadership skills
- Proven record for delivery of successful business results and optimal customer satisfaction
- 5-8 years of Marketing success
- Superstar Powerpoint talent
- Strong team player
- University or bachelors' degree or equivalent experience is required
